Cirque 21!

Ok, so I used to have the biggest love affair with F21...
Then it began getting more trendy and cheaper quality, and we had a falling out.
Slowly but surely, it's winning me back over, if not with the clothes, than at least all the ideas from their styling. Take for example the latest collection, "Cirque 21" from Forever 21 Twist. Almost every single outfit is like something out of my dress up dreams.
Tulle, polka dots, headpeices, ruffles!!! Even the model's hair is like my old haircut.
Most of the outfits can be replicated with peices from my closet too :)
I feel many a circus themed outfit coming this way!

Heat Wave.

It's smoking hot here in Abbotsford (35 degrees Celsius!), and it's hard to keep cool!
I'm sure Jodie's outfit would be perfect for sticky heat like this...
In other news, keep an eye out for my Seattle finds (the cutest tap shoes you've ever seen, and a creme feather fascinator!) and a giveaway involving some whistle. vintage, and a lovely new mascara! The giveaway is coming as soon as I reach 60+ followers!
59 and counting....

Oh, if life were that simple.

I wish tulle and sequins would fill my days.

The night sky is vast and murky.

Now this is a lookbook.
The Prada F/W tome is a doozy, so beautiful and eerie.
They even managed to make animal heads in place of faces look original again.
I agree with Professionally Trendy, there is no denying that
this is one of the best lookbooks, thus far.

These deep city lights.

Heading down south to Seattle tomorrow!
I promise to show all my finds when I return.
Until then, some Ashley Olsen from Nylon, way back in Aug. 06.
That shoot will always remain one of my favourites.

Refinery.

I can't stop checking out this website! If you haven't visited Refinery29, you need to. They have one of the best (and most updated) blogs around, great street style photos... My favourite part of the site is the "My Style" features, which always have the coolest girls around (the most recent being Lisa Mayock of Vena Cava). The ultimate "I don't feel inspired" cure.

Just remember to always think twice.

Alison from Adorn sent me this romper! It was so sweet of her to mail it to me, and I was surprised to put it on and find it fits!
Thanks again, Alison!

Gifted romper. Gap cardigan. Old Navy Tee.
American Apparel seamed sheer tights. F21 socks. Thrifted boots.

Street Peepin'.

It's always a pleasure "walking" the streets of the world on StreetPeeper. I think I need more whimsy in my life.
