When The Cold Winds Blows.

Sometimes a lookbook will completely captivate me; ASOS fall 2014 had me wanting to fill my cart with midi skirts, minimal athletic inspired jackets and sumptuous knits. The styling is impeccable: my favourite pieces are the "A" bomber jacket and that fuzzy fur scarf. Since I've been having more modern sartorial leanings of recent, this serves as a touch point for lookin' on trend without being a fashion victim. Well played ASOS!

She Loves You, YeYe!

Izzy is one of my favorite bloggers, and dare I say, the blogger who inspired me to start outfit posting in the first place. I recall discovering her vibrant and whimsical outfits back in 2007 (or maybe 2006?) when cruising a Flickr group called Wardrobe Remix. At the time, I had no idea she was Canadian like me; I was just smitten with her bright tights and vintage finds. My love for this lady's style is still growing...

I'm excited to share Izzy's lookbook for her shop, the YeYe Vintage's Summer 2013 collection, which is brimming with 1960's inspired babes! Featuring handmade earrings from reclaimed vintage materials and psychedelic prints, the mod vibe of this shoot makes me long for the days of Peggy Moffitt, Penelope Tree and Twiggy. Viva la mod girls!

Finding myself in need of creative ways to stay cozy, as there are increasingly colder temperatures with each passing day. Topshop's AW 2012 lookbook has got the ease + warmth vibe downpat. I'm definitely inspired by the laidback 1960s mood with a bit of luxe bohemian touches.

Lonely Hearts Club Band.

It's almost fall for our friends down under, and by the looks of it, Lonely Hearts took a decidely girly spin for their fall collection. Of course, I love anything frilly and sweet looking, and these pieces are no exception.

P.S. I know that the see-through skirt seems a tad bit TMI, but imagine the layering possibilities!
P.P.S. Alexa Chung is collaborating with Madewell! I cannot wait, it's a match made in preppy chic heaven.
