Style is Style loves ASOS!

If you follow me on Pinterest, it's no secret that I love perusing online retailers to see what's new and now. ASOS is one the shops I visit the most, so I was over the moon when they got in touch to try a piece from the Curve collection. For someone who size-wise is an "in-betweeny" (somewhere between straight and plus sizing), ASOS is a must. With an expansive selection of fashion forward ensembles for both ends of the size spectrum, it's easy to find exactly what your looking for and then some!

Because the temperatures are slowly rising around these parts, I chose a sweet tropical swing dress and delicously obnoxious sunglasses to try out. I ended up wearing the dress on a day that was mostly food hopping, and it was nice to have the loose fit without compromising my cool. Kiss Me, Quick!

When eShakti approached me to style a piece from their Spring collection, I was escstatic! My previous experience with the company was phenomenal, and this was no different. eShakti has easily customizable designs (sizes 0-36), in which you can decide on hem length (according to your height), pockets (!!!!) and other features for a minimal fee. This time around I chose a lip printed skirt, and let me tell you, I am crushing hard. I have wanted a lip print skirt since seeing the iconic Prada version and this beauty exceeded my expectations. Perfectly playful/fancy/fun, I have to resist the urge to wear it every single day.

NCLA Nail Wraps.

As a nail art admirer, I must admit I seldom paint my own nails. My former job didn't allow polish, and although I have a plethora of colors and ideas, I don't seem to get around to it as often as I would like. So I call upon an ingenious solution: NCLA nail wraps! I'd spied their stellar designs from afar (that eye print tho...) so when Nail Polish Canada approached me to review some, I said naturally, yes!

I selected "Freshly Squeezed", a blue hued citrus motif and "Mod Cherry", a yellow based pop art inspired print. The wraps came swiftly, and were fairly painless to put on. Base coat, select a size and apply, then top coat! The hardest part is navigating air bubbles... This particular brand is fairly stretchy, so that helped the process. I think practice would greatly improve application as well. Now I can't stop staring at my nails! So far I've tried out "Freshly Squeezed", but I look forward to using other patterns as well. All in all, it's an easy way for a nail art novice to fake a professional look with little to no effort. A+ in my books!

A couple of weeks ago, CSN Stores contacted me to do a review.
I was unfamiliar with the network of sites, but after discovering I couldn't get the shoes I wanted (no delivery to Canada!), Ashley was super helpful and helped me select the David King bag which I recieved.
The order came very quickly, less than a week to be exact!
I've been using the bag quite often, more often than I thought it would.
It even came to NYC with me!!!
It is the perfect size for just the essentials, camera included.
